Who is The Happy Herbivore, you might ask? Well, she is only one of the first and best people to help me through a tough time with my transitioning to a plant based lifestyle. Lindsay S. Nixon has given me some great ideas as well as some fantastic recipes to make living a plant strong life so much easier. You will find that her recipes use no added oils or fats and most of the time she uses only whole foods that have been unprocessed.
The recipes you find from The Happy Herbivore, have been found in Vegetarian Times magazine, as well as Women’s Day magazine and The Huffington Post. Her first cookbook, The Happy Herbivore is a fantastic book with over 175 recipes. Her second cookbook will be available in December (and I cannot wait!! )!
